Gather scope of work, design preferences, assess existing conditions, establish a budget and project timeline and complete a site survey.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Following step one our team of designers will put together a fluid and timeless landscape design based on the information provided.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
Upon completing the landscape design our team will generate a realistic 3D graphic of the concept (if selected) and present the designs to you.
IMPLEMENTATION
Once you have approved the final design and estimate we will turn the project over to our Operations Team and see it through to completion.

Yes, once our team of design professionals is complete with the design and presents the concepts, the design is yours. You will receive a digital and hard copy.
Yes, the design fee is reimbursed and credited towards the final invoice pending the customer decides to move forward with our Operations team in constructing the design.
The design fee is collected up front, this payment will initiate the design process.
We usually tell our customers, once they have made the design deposit, a design will take 2-3 weeks to complete.
The stating Landscape Design fee of $600 will get you a professional scaled CAD design drawing of either the front OR back of your property. Additional design scope will increase the design fee.
