Lombardo Landscaping specializes in all aspects of lake and drainage design and restoration. Whether it is finding a solution to an existing landscape, reseeding body of water or designing a water management plan from new construction we can cover it all. One aspect that sets us apart from our competition is we take our designs to the next level and do not strictly design for utility purposes but also design with beatification in mind. While achieving restoration goals and drainage concerns there are many natural ways to create beautiful elements that both add interest and also encourage natural filter and wild life to be a part of our designs. Some but not all of these elements include using native littoral plants in “regeneration zones” also known as bog filters, utilizing large stone boulders out cropping’s to create these decorative zones. We also like to create drainage swales/ wetland areas intentionally to collect water to become a beautiful native garden in what may have been previously a muddy lawn area.
